1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning

Boil the Potatoes: Place the baby potatoes in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Simmer until fork tender (about 10-12 minutes). Drain and return to the pot. Stir in the minced garlic.
